We are all conditioned 

And it’s based on all sorts of things

It dictates what rules about how you’re suppose to show up; what you’re supposed to want and be capable of 

We all have them, it’s unavoidable 

Subconscious mind - 0-7 we are just walking theta brain wave sponges. 

  • This is where we form our beliefs about ourselves and our capacities. Our goals and perceived limitations stem from this subconscious 0-7 phase.

    • Did you learn that you aren’t good at anything?

    • Or maybe on the other hand if you’re anything like me, you learned that your worth is related to how easily you can pick something up? My competitive drive was so I could get the pat on the head, the attention and praise that deemed me worthy.

    • This is where you learn “if I do _______ I will receive love and praise”

    • If I do_______ I will be rejected


Assignment : reflect on the ages 0-7 for yourself 

  • What did you learn from your caregivers around you?

  • What did you learn about what you needed to do to receive love?

  • What did you learn about being rejected?

  • What did you learn about money?

  • What did you learn about relationships and love? Was there healthy conflict and regulation demonstrated in your home? If not, how do you see that coming up in your current relationships later in life?

  • What did you learn about your place in this world and your worth?


We learn our beliefs about:


money and your ability to have it or not. The 

About relationships and love 

About gender

Sexuality

Privilege 


Dr. Bruce Lipton explains: 

Essentially, theta is a lower vibrational frequency than your conscious from a brain activity perspective. It is a beautiful thing, and it runs your world from 0 to 7 years of age, Lipton explains. Theta is the catalyst for childhood imagination and sculpting the subconscious, which is perceived reality from age 0-7. Imagination and the real-world are one and the same for youngsters.

And we all have the power to become aware of it and to choose which of those we actually want to continue to sign on for and perpetuate in our CURRENT REALITY 

Why is it so important to raise our awareness of what’s going on in the consciousness from a societal level?

Our society is steeped in the legacies of colonialism, slavery exploitation of resources and people 

Our manufacturers settings aren’t great, k? 

So we’ve observed from a societal level, really oppressive dynamics. THEN if you layer that at a more personal level, if you were bullied by peers, parents, family members…. You THEN PERPETUATE that treatment and bully yourself the same way. Judged and hyper criticized by your parents? You probably judge and hyper critize yourself now. 

And the especially annoying and dangerous part about this and that we can continue this even well after they are gone BECAUSE THAT IS HOW THE SUBCONSCIOUS WORKS. 

SO In order to make the impact you wanna make, to live our the deeper purpose you are here for, it’s gonna require you to do a lot of unlearning and CHOOSING of your beliefs instead.

So we have this 0-7 and then however much time after that where we have been reinforcing or unlearning these beliefs. IF YOU ARE HERE, its likely you are starting this work now, maybe in your 20s, 30s, 40s, or 50s. 

I WANT YOU TO GIVE YOURESLF LOADS OF COMPASSION FOR THE JOURNEY. Because there isn’t a magic pill to rewire your subconscious beliefs in one go. 

Just like taking vitamins one day doesn’t fix your vitamin deficiency, saying one affirmation or doing one inspired action doesn’t change the WHOLE subconscious. BUT IT IS A START

1- raise awareness of what may be BEHIND your feelings, explore with curiosity, what do I believe about myself in this?

  • Like when I was starting to coach for money, it UTTERLY BLEW MY FUCKING MIND THAT SOMEONE WANTED TO PAY ME FOR MY TIME AND ENERGY. I did so much over-allocating and people pleasing that I thought my time and energy wasn’t worth something. If its a business that has a physical product/cost of goods, sure. But the idea that I needed to be energetically supported for the time, energy, and wisdom?! ABSOLUTE WILD. Until it happened.

    • I had the affirmation “my time and energy is valuable” for months beforehand, I also paired this with heart-forward actions, posting valuable content and then having to TRUST that I would be compensated in the long-run.

      • Here’s the thing, even posting content online as a new business person can be a practice in rewiring your subconscious

        • Like I had the belief that “nobody cares what I have to say, I’ll just be another annoying person on the internet” Believing what was on my heart wasn’t gonna Make a difference and that people would be “doing me a favor” by consuming or sharing my content.

          • Wow holy shit have we come a long way.

          • And now, I am! I am willing to be an annoying person on the internet (for people that want to continue their patterning, for people that want to live in oppressive structures, and I AM OKAY WITH THAT BECAUSE), but Im also making a huge impact for my people and I get messages almost daily about how someone needed to hear what I have to say!

      • Other beliefs I picked up that I’ve become aware of and tried to work on that you may resonate with

      • About money- more money more problems, always bigger bills

      • About relationships and love

-relationships are hard

        • Unhealthy conflict is normal

      • About gender

        • boys do this girls do this etc

      • About self

        • i was too much too loud too dramatic etc

          • Rejection sensitivity

      • Sexuality

        • Grew up in the era of “thats so gay” and playing a game called smear the queer

      • Privilege

        • What do you mean? Everyone is created equal! Duh!

      • Etc

        • Going back to this belief here, and I want you to reflect for yourself on your beliefs about expressing that deeper truth in your heart.

          • Assignment:

          • Where did it start? Where was it seeded and who continued to water that seed over time? Was it for the highest good of myself or was this someone else perpetuating these harmful structures?

          • Who is this belief serving? Is it helping the collective or is it playing into trauma and reinforcing shit from old people in my family that I don’t even talk to anymore or companies that want to profit off of this discomfort or disbelief?

            • Who is literally standing to benefit from you playing small… 

2- Practice new ways of thinking 

    • Monitor self-talk, reinforce with future pacing (an NLP technique)

    • IMAGINATION comes into play here

      • Mentally rehearsing the states we want to access in the future and anchoring those states to that time and place

        • We are almost always doing this at a less conscious level, “what if this goes wrong? What if I make a fool of myself? What if I start this presentation and literally forget all of the words?!?”

          • This is an example of casting into the future, and if you’re already doing it on one side of the coin, why not consciously try the other?

    • Turn the don’ts into dos

      • I don’t want to feel this way, I don’t want to be like this

        • Okay, then what would be left, WHERE ARE YOU WANTING TO GO?!

3- Practice new ways of BEING 

    • I remember when things were really bad and I was literally negotiating with myself to get through the day, I remember asking myself… what if I acted like a bitch that wants to live for 10 minutes? What would I do in that time?

      • This seems wild and drastic but that was LITERALLY WHERE WE WERE STARTING

      • I started meditating, in those ten minutes was when I realized I needed to EAT food. In those ten minute intervals is where I started trying on affirmations like “I am worthy of love and care”

      • I literally call this the “fuck around and find out method”

        • I realized, I don’t have much to lose and everything to gain so I might as well fuck around and try something and maybe, just maybe it’ll make getting through the day a bit easier.

    • How am I making things harder on myself?

    • Look at your 5 closest friends, who do you tend to be around them? What you tend to do with them? Do you tend to sit around and gossip, shit talk, and judge other people? Or do these people bring out your inner best self?

      • Are they fostering self-care or self-destruction?

      • Creativity or escapism?

      • Judgment or self-acceptance?

    • If this isn’t aligned with your inner best self, and fostering your growth, here is your sign to start calling in new connections that fuel your growth NOW

      • Assignment: I am open to new friendships that foster my the growth and lessons I am here to learn. I am open and ready to receive these.

What happens on the other side?

More head, heart connection

More alignment of your thoughts, feelings, and actions with the results your heart WANTS TO SEE 

A rewiring over time of what your limitations and capabilities are 

More awareness of self and privilege 

More empathy for others  and yourself

Better allyship to marginalized communities

Unblocked manifestations and potential 

More trauma healing
