I approach with curiosity, go into the shadows with you and gently hold your hand to the other side. Because, almost always, what’s keeping us stuck at one point kept us safe as a younger person. I enjoy getting to the root of beliefs and shifting them to ones rooted in your safety and worthiness! From there, the desired outcome can FLOW.
