Frequently Asked Questions
Why soy wax?
A- Soy wax contains nothing artificial, which makes it a better alternative to old-fashioned paraffin wax, which is made from petroleum oil and produces harmful by-products when burned or melted. Would it be cheaper to have a soy/paraffin blend? TOTALLY! But I care about your health and the quality of my products too much. 100% soy has been important from the start.
Do I take the crystal out? Keep it in? What do I do here?
A-Keep it in! Once your candle has burned, retrieve your crystal and carry it with you or place it in a special space to balance and heal your energy.
What do I do when it’s done?
A-Other than order your next one, you can pour hot (near boiling) water into the vessel and the remaining wax will come loose. The wick may or may not come as well. If not, you can use a pliers, spoon or butterknife to remove the wick from the bottom. Flush with rubbing alcohol and Viola!
